These Terms of Use apply to the WAA Motorsports website at www.waamotorsports.com, including the member area (together, the “site”). The site is run by WAA Motorsports (What's An Apex? Racing Team), based in Orlando, FL (“WAA”, “we” or “us”).

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

The content of this site, including its text, design, graphics, photographs, videos and the sponsorship package, belongs to WAA or the people who created it and is protected by copyright. © 2026 WAA Motorsports. All rights reserved.

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell, or use our content to promote another business, team or event without our written permission. News media may quote short passages with credit to WAA Motorsports.

WAA Motorsports™, WAA™, What's An Apex? Racing Team™, the WAA seal and emblem, the WAA livery and our slogans are trademarks of WAA Motorsports. They may not be used, including in domain names, social media accounts, merchandise or advertising, without our written permission, and never in a way that suggests we endorse or are connected with someone when we are not.

Other names and logos shown on the site, such as sponsors, partners, tracks and social media platforms, belong to their owners and are shown to identify them.

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• An account is for one person. Keep your password and two-factor authentication to yourself, and tell us if you think your account has been used by someone else.
• Under-18s may only join with the permission of a parent or guardian. Accounts for children under 13 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
• Membership is approved at WAA's discretion. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or our code of conduct.

When you upload photos, write news or send us messages, you keep ownership of your content. You give WAA a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, adapt and display it on the site, our social media, and our team and sponsor materials, with credit where practical. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.

By sharing content, you confirm that:

• You own it, or have the right to share it.
• Everyone identifiable in a photo has agreed to it being shared, and for anyone under 18, a parent or guardian has agreed.
• It doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights, and isn't offensive, misleading or harmful.

We review uploads before they are published and may decline or remove any content.

Please don't:

• Try to access accounts, data or areas of the site you aren't authorized to use.
• Interfere with the site's security or operation, or use automated tools to copy its content.
• Use the site to harass anyone, send spam, or collect other members' personal information.
• Pretend to be WAA, a member of our team, or anyone else.

Motorsport involves risk. Taking part in any WAA driving, track or event activity is subject to separate registration, waiver and safety requirements, which take priority over anything on this site.

Information on the site about programs, sponsorship and partnership levels is a summary and not an offer. Sponsorships and partnerships are agreed in a separate written agreement. Plans described as “next”, “future” or “vision” are goals, not guarantees.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, WAA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site links to other websites, such as social media and our security provider. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

If you believe something on the site uses your work without permission, email team@waamotorsports.com with the page address, a description of your work, and your contact details. We will review it promptly and remove material that infringes.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
